The venue was set in the central position short walk to Hoan Kiem lake and the church, a lot of restaurants nearby, and shops too and the church, the lake, food, café, and so on. It also was in the centre of everything.

We had an EXCELLENT breakfast with local Vietnamese, numerous options, unlimited coffee included.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled deeply in the back alley of the Old Quarter. Despite its not-so-good looking alley, the hotel offers excellent value for money. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Ms. Susan and her team. They provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean, with soft comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The hotel's attention to detail and basic amenities were impressive. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the local market and the famous Hoan Kiem Lake. Furthermore, the breakfast included in the rate provided numerous options, including eggs made to order.

There was nothing that needed improvement; all was absolutely perfect.

A little old rooms that need repair.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of the old quarter. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Hoan Kiem lake. The room was clean and comfortable, offering great value for money compared to nearby hostels. I even booked my tours through the hotel and they were excellent. The English breakfast was also delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Hanoi.

Great location and great service

In general: The room was clean and comfortable. The family room was a better option as the room was bigger. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We booked a tour to Sapa through the hotel and we received all that they promised and didn’t feel exploited. Free good reception WIFI in rooms. Location and surroundings: Located in the old quarter only a short walk to the lake. Service: Exceptional. Dining: Breakfast only but they serve both western and Vietnamese. Room: Not grand but clean and good value compared to Australia. Useful tips: Never leave your hotel without a map which the hotel supplies.
